Our Story

TomCon Real Estate, LLC was founded in 2020 by Mrs. Devon Watson. Devon became a landlord in 2014, with one rental property in Columbus, Mississippi. In 2020 Devon saw an opportunity to bring quality rental properties and excellent service to the people of West Point. Devon lives in West Point, Mississippi with her husband Clay and two sons, Thomas and Connor (whom TomCon Real Estate is named after).
