Q: Do you have anything available for rent?

A: Check out our ‘Properties’ tab to see rentals that are available.

Q: Do you know when you will have something available to rent?

A: It’s really hard to say as many tenants stay with us for a long time. Stay tuned on our Facebook page as this is the first place that we announce any new openings. 

Q: Do you accept section 8?

A: Yes! We have several section 8 tenants and always welcome more.

Q: How much is the security deposit?

A: The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
